BUSINESS STRATEGY REPORT
Structure: The assignment has three main parts:
Part I: Strategy development for your chosen case study organization (~2,000 words).
Part II: Implementation plan for the chosen strategy (~500 words).
Part III: Reflection on the strategy tools and methods used and their impact (~500 words).
Selection Criteria: Select an organization that hasn’t been discussed in class as a primary case study. The organization can be of any type, as long as it’s a real, existing entity.
Research Basis: You don’t need primary data. Instead, conduct extensive desk research using public sources and library resources. If there’s insufficient information on your initial choice, consider a different organization.
Avoid using SWOT and PESTLE analysis.
Tools and Concepts to Use: You can use External Analysis, Internal Analysis, TOWS, Strategy Maps, and other relevant strategy frameworks.
Apply strategy tools and concepts discussed in class.
