Discuss some of “The Myths of Entrepreneurship” giving the opinions of a variety of scholars.
After you review the assigned chapter in your textbook and all associated course materials for this week, answer the question in at least 200 words with citations and references by Friday and post substantive replies of at least 50 words to each of 2 students by Sunday.
You are required to:
Submit your minimum 200-word response to the discussion question by Friday night with supporting in-text citations and references. Citations and references are not the same. See the WUST Writing Standards about the difference between citations and references. Also, Google search, “in-text citations” to understand the difference.
All cited and referenced sources in all coursework must come from journals or books. The following cannot be cited or referenced in any coursework: PPT slides, the course text, posts by the professor, dictionaries, encyclopedia, wikipedia, course hero.
Do not use any direct quotes in any coursework.
Do not submit your words from a prior course or prior assignment in this course for any coursework.
Midterm research paper is due at the end of week 5. No late papers accepted. Final research papers are due at the end of week 10. No late papers accepted.
Late assignments are accepted through week 3. If there has been no submissions by week 3, the student will be dropped from the course.
Revise and resubmit the assignment if Turnitin’s similarity score is above 30% by the Sunday due date. Points will be deducted or no points granted at all for similarity greater than 30% after the weekly Sunday due date. Make sure you design your main post with your own words.
Copy/paste and submit the same plagiarism-free response to the discussion board.
Post two minimum 50 word replies. One reply for each of 2 classmates comments on the discussion board by Sunday night. Make sure you design your response with your own words. Provide supporting citations and references for each reply. With each reply, add a new or deeper perspective that is based on outside scholarly sources, not PPT slides, the course text, or posts by the professor. Do not critique the grammar, spelling or structure of your classmates posts. The 50 word minimum is counted for each word of substance from a scholar, not just statements of agreement or affirmation, (such as I agree” or “Good Post.”) or your opinion or experience. However, statements of affirmation and agreement are welcome to facilitate a cordial and professional discussion.
The purpose of the responses is to convert the discussion forum into a quality academic environment through which you improve your knowledge and understanding. Read and review all assigned course materials and chapters before you start working on your assignments, but do not cite them or list them as references. Use the WUST online library to find scholarly articles and books for citations and references.
