Using your previously identified stakeholders, write a 3 page paper in which you address

the following:

● Analyze the votes of the stakeholders for or against the change.

○ What were the reasons for taking their particular positions?

○ What pressures, obligations, or beliefs informed their votes?

● Describe how you might engage and negotiate with them.

○ What specific advocacy skills would you use and why? Base this part

of your discussion on the NASW Code of Ethics and analyze how

ethical practice is important and can impact the outcome.

● Determine which skills you would need to lead this process:

○ How would you acquire those skills?

○ What resources would you use?
