Produce a future-oriented text (e.g. lesson plan, political manifesto, short story, policy proposal, career plan / life design) responding to and/or engaging with one or more issues/problems you feel needs to be addressed or transformed to help bring about a better future (600-750 words or equivalent). Note: the text may take the form of a written document, audio-visual production (e.g. powerpoint presentation), or image-based document (e.g. poster). You may use Generative AI to assist with the production of this text, so long as its use is detailed in Part B..
Part B) Add a written reflection outlining where and how your text and the vision(s) of the future it hopes to bring about have been informed by engagement with diverse cultural perspectives (including critical and theoretical work studied in this unit) on the future. Refer to at least TWO readings from the Unit Reading List that have helped inform your response (600-750 words). Note: If you choose to use Gen-AI for Part A, you must include a detailed description of your process (an additional 100–150 words), detailing the platform, inputs, and what alterations you made (if any) to the Gen-AI output.
See the attached marking rubric for specific marking criteria and performance indicators, and see the video below for detailed guidance on how to approach the task. (NB: due dates mentioned in video are not applicable to this Study Period)
