This assignment will entail going or virtually “going” to area restaurants by accessing a menus online and selecting meal plans—including beverage choices—to accommodate a proposed individual who has dietary restrictions, or who has a debilitating condition (due to cardiovascular disease or cancer) as he or she attempts to eat healthy while participating in social gatherings. The paper should include an analysis of meals from at least 3 different restaurants. The paper should be 3-4 pages double spaced in length and include at least 5 references.
