The Analysis should discuss recent results of the company, strengths / weaknesses /opportunities / threats
of and to the supply chain in terms of 3-5 of the topics we’ve covered in class. Topics can include
manufacturing / supply chain strategies, quality (lean / six sigma), sourcing, forecasting, demand
management, capacity, inventory policies & strategies, supplier relationships, sustainability, global supply
chain management and the benefits and challenges to the company in these areas, especially with the
pandemic, Ukrainian War, economic uncertainty and any other issue like chip shortages, China
manufacturing concerns, logistic challenges including the price of gas, port congestion, whatever applies.
Then Conclusions / Recommendations should summarize what is working, and what you suggest be
changed (and why). Stay focused on the same topics throughout the presentation, and outline how your
recommendations can improve the company.
Other: Points in this section will be given for creativity in your analysis, recommendations, or helpful info
in the presentation – charts, visual highlights, etc.
Spelling and Grammar will include consistency across slides in use of bullets, sentences, fonts, etc. The
“look” of the presentation should be consistent and polished.
