Cultural competency, diversity, equity, and inclusion is a significant value of the healthcare system, and I aim to do my part to progress it through my work and my individual life. Recognizing and rising the value of other people’s cultural traditions is vital to my personal and professional attitude .I will make it an urgency to learn as much as I can about the particulars of other cultures, comprising their values, customs, and beliefs. To attain this goal, I am always looking for new ways to teach myself, such as attending conferences, workshops, and cultural involvement programs.

No matter who they are or where they’re from, my aim is to make everybody who enters over my door feel comfortable and important.
